Earthquake in Yushu

Rokpa Canada has a strong link with Yushu, the scene of yesterday's devastating earthquake. Our medical volunteers have provided free medical care for the poor in Yushu for the past ten years. Rokpa also has an orphanage school in Yushu. The school has been badly damaged and will need to be re-built. In addition, Rokpa anticipates that we will be caring for more orphans, in the wake of the earthquake.

As always, all donations will receive a receipt for income tax purposes, and Rokpa Canada will not use any of your donation for administrative or fund raising costs -- it will all go to Yushu.
